Lenders frequently hire
out third party “bank” inspectors to work with the fund control
element of construction lending. These are generally performed
after the owner or contractor has requested funds from the
construction loan. The inspector visits the site, photographs
the progress and matches the progress with the request for
funds. Final results are returned to the lender for evaluation
and payment. Reporting processes vary from lender to lender and
if you do not have a simple reporting program, we can create one
