Some lenders or investment groups for purposes of purchase or refinance of small to midsize properties generally require limited reports. These reports are completed in a narrative format.

At this time, only small to medium size commercial buildings are being inspected. Since there is such a wide variety of shapes and sizes from converted residences to strip malls, please contact us so your specific needs can be discussed. Following that, an appropriate inspection can be recommended and a quote for services discussed.

Most are performed as a Limited Property Condition Analysis (LPCA). Scopes of work may vary by client’s needs and an appropriate inspection can be recommended after obtaining additional information.
